A Candidate OH&S Handbook has been compiled to assist you in understanding your obligations to Occupational Health and Safety and has been developed in consultation with our clients, our employees and relevant Occupational Health and Safety experts.
You will be provided with the handbook as part of your Registration Pack. It is imperative that you understand this handbook and all of the information contained within it. We are committed to your welfare and safety, therefore, if there is any aspect of this document that you do not understand, please ask for clarification.
On-hire Candidate Induction
Before you begin any new assignment as a HB on-hire candidate, you are required to read, understand and agree to abide by our on-hire candidate policies, as well as complete and return our registration pack.

Step 1: Occupational Health and Safety Policy & Program

Step 2: Site Induction
To complete your WH&S training, please download and study the training presentation above. Once you have read the WH&S training information, click the online test link above and answer the test questions on your screen. Your results will be recorded and sent to HB Training.
Step 3: General Information
You will receive the HB Recruitment Pack either by post or at interview.
