Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a well-maintained portfolio of approx. 180 residential properties
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conduct routine, entry, and exit inspections
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs in a timely, efficient manner
- Collaborate with the wider team and assist with new business when required
Key Selection Criteria:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property management
- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate or License
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
