Our client, a leading family-owned business renowned for delivering high-quality construction solutions across the agricultural and commercial sectors, is currently seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Storeperson to join their growing team on a full-time basis.
Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 + Super
Full-Time | 45 Hours per Week | 7:00 AM Starts

About the Role: Reporting to the Operations Manager and working closely with the Fabrication Manager, Purchasing Manager, Project Administrator, and Site Supervisors, the Senior Storeperson will oversee the comprehensive management of tools, consumables, and materials used across the company’s manufacturing and installation projects.
You will play a vital role in ensuring seamless inventory operations, timely procurement, and accurate distribution of resources to support both on-site and off-site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the company’s tools, consumables, and materials store
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across operations, fabrication, procurement, and project management
- Develop and implement effective asset management and procurement strategies
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct routine stocktakes
- Source and procure tools, consumables, and materials in line with company standards
- Ensure quality and safety compliance in all receiving and issuing processes
- Mentor team members and promote best practices in logistics and store operations
- Drive continuous improvement within the stores function
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or installation-based environment
- Strong background in inventory and asset management
- Experience within the equipment manufacturing or installation industry (highly regarded)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Australian WHS regulations (desirable)
Additional Requirements:
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
- Valid Australian driver’s licence
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol and medical check
