Our client, a well-established, family-owned business with multiple branches across Queensland and northern New South Wales, is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join their team in Toowoomba.

About the Role: Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Advisor plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Service Department. You will be responsible for coordinating incoming bookings across all branches, processing warranty claims, assisting with sales deliveries, ordering whole goods, and supporting general service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming service bookings across multiple branches
- Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently
- Support sales deliveries and prepare necessary documentation
- Order whole goods as required
- Assist with daily running of the Service Department
- Ensure loan vehicles are cleaned and paperwork completed
- Open and invoice repair orders
- Utilise the service diary to proactively manage service schedules
- General computer work and data entry
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional service
About You: To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience as a Service Advisor (automotive or machinery background preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A motivated, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
