About the Role:
- Ensure children’s individual needs, interests, and abilities are reflected in daily learning experiences
- Promote inclusive practices and encourage active participation from all children
- Maintain accurate, meaningful documentation of children’s learning and progress
- Build strong relationships with families and support a welcoming transition into the service
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with external stakeholders including schools, networks, and support agencies
About You: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor of Teaching/Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification or currently studying
- A current Blue Card and First Aid Certification as per Education and Care Services National Law
- A collaborative, enthusiastic approach and a genuine passion for working with young children
