Receptionist/Administration

Part- time temp position, minimum 6 weeks period with the possibility of extension, school hours, immediate start
We are on the search for an experienced office all-rounder for a small construction machinery business based in Toowoomba. 

This position will suit someone who is happy to temp for a minimum of 6 weeks, with the possibility of an extension. The hours will be 9:00am- 3:00pm, Monday to Friday, however this may be flexible for the right person. 

Previous experience with an OEM is strongly desired as well as DMS. 

Main responsibilities and duties:

  • Invoicing of service department work orders
  • Prompt lodgement of warranty & policy claims
  • Purchase orders management, including sending invoices to AP 
  • Sourcing and securing accommodation for fitters while working away
  • Booking and monitoring mine sites inductions for fitters
  • Assisting in setup of customers/suppliers accounts 
  • Compile information and auditing 

Skills needed:

  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook and Excel)
  • A fast learner who can adapt to change
  • Very high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills – professional phone manner
  • High level of written and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi task 

Previous experience with an OEM is strongly desired as well as DMS.
