Opportunity for permanent, full-time Salesperson in agricultural equipment sector.  Annual Salary plus Commission on offer.

Our client, a large, family-owned business servicing Toowoomba, south-western Queensland and northern New South Wales, is seeking a Salesperson for their agricultural equipment division.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Salesperson will be thoroughly trained and responsible for the sales of new retail, fleet and government vehicles and equipment.
Key responsibilities include:
– Maintaining and operating the customer database system
– Inspecting trades and providing information to the Sales Manager for valuation
– Supplying new quotes
– Planning daily and weekly call sheets
– Maintaining current knowledge of legislation affecting truck and  agricultural equipment sales
– Increasing sales
– Selling Kubota, Landini, croplands weedit, rogators, krone, great plains.
To be successful in this role, the successful applicant will possess the following skills and attributes:
– Previous sales experience would be an advantage but not essential
– High-level communication skills
– Intermediate computer skills
– Motivated and driven to succeed
– An interest in motor vehicles or agricultural equipment would be desirable
An Annual Salary plus commission on new and used vehicle sales, a vehicle, and a mobile phone are offered to the successful candidate.
Applicants will work Monday to Friday plus two (2) Saturday mornings (8.00 am to 12.00 pm) per month.
