Administration Officer

Boutique firm, full-time position, must have at least 2 years experience, small & friendly team.
Our client, a leading financial and psychologist firm who are located in the Toowoomba CBD, are looking for a full time Administration Officer to join their small, friendly team. This is a Monday – Friday position, 38 – 40 hours per week. 

The Administration Officer will be responsible for the following key duties

  • Face of the business – greeting clients upon arrival 
  • Answering phones and directing calls 
  • Diary management / appointment management 
  • Electronic filing 
  • Preparing and inputting data for client files
  • Supporting office management and staff 
  • General household cleaning 
  • Liaising and consulting with Banks on behalf of clients
  • Complete audit and OH&S compliance certificates as required
  • Preparing and inputting data for clients file
  • Management of Office files including filing and preparing staff for client interviews
  • Daily mail run
  • Banking as required

To be successful in this position, you will need to have 

  • 2 years’ experience in Administration 
  • Very high attention to detail 
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written
  • Time management  and multi-tasking skills
  • Solid computer skills (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Ability to take instructions 
  • A positive “can-do” attitude
