Service Dispatch Administration Officer

Full-time, Service Dispatch Administration Officer for an ICT service provider business in Chatswood, $65-$70k plus Super. Parking available!
Our client, an ICT services provider with several small branches throughout Australia, is currently seeking a full-time Service Dispatch Administration Officer for their Chatswood branch. 

We are looking for someone with an eye for detail and a flair for customer service. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask. Must be able to type above 40 wpm. 

Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday. 
Location: Chatswood – Parking available. 
Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 + Super. 

Main duties and responsibilities: 

  • Data entry in ConnectWise, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams in a timely manner 
  • Service Ticket Triage 
  • Resource Allocation 
  • Service Queue Coordination
  • Time Entry and Timesheet Quality Control
  • Proactive and Preventative Maintenance Work Coordination
  • Customer Liaison
  • 3rd Party Vendor Liaison
  • Service Operations Reporting (Internal / External)
  • Freight Bookings
  • Answer helpdesk phone calls
  • Travel Bookings

The ideal candidate should be organised and have the ability to work independently and in a team. You must be proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel and Teams. You must also be customer service focused as you will be dealing with incoming calls. Experience in ConnectWise is desirable, but not essential, as training is provided.
