The HB Group is currently working with a well-established, Toowoomba-based organisation in the Agribusiness sector to engage a motivated and experienced Office Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Working 8.00 am to 5.00 pm (one hour for lunch) from Monday to Friday only, the Office Administrator will assist management with the following key duties:
- Responding to incoming telephone enquiries
- Responding to emails and correspondence
- Invoicing
- Booking and coordinating freight
- Assisting with the ordering of goods/stock
- Customer Service
- Data entry
- General administration duties, as required
Applicants for this role should possess the following skills and experience:
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience in an administration or customer service role
- High level verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- A positive, proactive and motivated approach
