Office Administrator

The HB Group is currently working with a well-established, Toowoomba-based organisation in the Agribusiness sector to engage a motivated and experienced Office Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Working 8.00 am to 5.00 pm (one hour for lunch) from Monday to Friday only, the Office Administrator will assist management with the following key duties:

  • Responding to incoming telephone enquiries
  • Responding to emails and correspondence
  • Invoicing
  • Booking and coordinating freight
  • Assisting with the ordering of goods/stock
  • Customer Service
  • Data entry
  • General administration duties, as required

Applicants for this role should possess the following skills and experience:

  • A minimum of 12 months’ experience in an administration or customer service role
  • High level verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • A positive, proactive and motivated approach
