Our client, a well-established, highly regarded Real Estate firm based in Toowoomba, is seeking a part-time Receptionist to join their team.
As our client’s new Part-time Receptionist, you will step into the fast-paced and exciting world of Real Estate, with room to grow in your career. The position is perfect for entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and thrive in a client-focused environment. The successful applicant will be required to obtain their Real Estate Licence and will work Tuesday – Thursday each week.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and welcome clients, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Answer phone calls and manage emails with efficiency and professionalism.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including maintaining client records.
- Assist with property listings and related marketing activities.
