Our client, an international Property Services Firm, is looking for a motivated Operations Administrator to join their Centre Management team. This is a full-time position based in Toowoomba City, with working hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
The working nature of this role presents the successful candidate with the opportunity to work autonomously and make the role their own. Previous experience in Finance or Accounts will be beneficial in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day operational administration.
- Complete compliance, auditing and reporting.
- Assist in monitoring and reporting activities associated with contractor engagements.
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers and other key stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in finance administration, accounts, or operations administration.
- Experience and high level of attention to detail in the creation and interpretation of data.
- Previous experience in risk management and WHS systems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
