Great opportunity with boutique accounting firm for experienced Office Coordinator. Full-time role. 5 weeks’ Annual Leave. Pay up to $65,000 (+Super)
Our client, a boutique Accounting firm based in Toowoomba, is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Coordinator. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, and in return, our client is offering five (5) weeks’ Annual Leave each year.
We are seeking applications from candidates who are self-driven, able to work independently, and possess a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar role.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Overseeing the front reception area, including meeting and greeting of clients and visitors to the office
- Managing ASIC Corporate Compliance
- Australian Tax Office lodgements and extension/deferral applications
- Document management
- Client liaison with external Stakeholders, including other accounting firms, banks, finance brokers and financial planners
- General administration support to Partners and Accountants
Candidates should be professional in approach and must possess excellent communication skills, and high-level attention to detail.
