Finance and Insurance Officer

Our client, a well-established, family-owned business with branches throughout Queensland and northern New South Wales, is seeking a permanent, full-time Finance & Insurance Officer for their Toowoomba branch.

As an Insurance and Finance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service to existing clients and driving new business opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Service existing sales clients and ensure their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Create new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Provide finance options to customers, helping them navigate the best solutions for their needs.
  • Achieve sales targets across all sales channels, driving business growth and exceeding expectations.
  • Meet gross profit expectations as set by the Branch Manager across all sales channels.
  • Process customer transactions, ensuring all necessary details such as customer name, deal number, and stock number are accurately recorded.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the sales area and display vehicles to provide a welcoming environment.
  • Provide thorough and detailed product information, including equity, values, and depreciation, helping customers make informed decisions.
  • Assist the aftermarket consultant in providing customers with the best service and product offerings.
  • Prepare sold vehicles for delivery, ensuring that customers are fully informed on their vehicle’s features and paperwork.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, both in person and over the phone, answering inquiries and providing accurate price quotes.
