Our client, a well-established, family-owned business with branches throughout Queensland and northern New South Wales, is seeking a permanent, full-time Finance & Insurance Officer for their Toowoomba branch.
As an Insurance and Finance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service to existing clients and driving new business opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Service existing sales clients and ensure their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Create new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients.
- Provide finance options to customers, helping them navigate the best solutions for their needs.
- Achieve sales targets across all sales channels, driving business growth and exceeding expectations.
- Meet gross profit expectations as set by the Branch Manager across all sales channels.
- Process customer transactions, ensuring all necessary details such as customer name, deal number, and stock number are accurately recorded.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the sales area and display vehicles to provide a welcoming environment.
- Provide thorough and detailed product information, including equity, values, and depreciation, helping customers make informed decisions.
- Assist the aftermarket consultant in providing customers with the best service and product offerings.
- Prepare sold vehicles for delivery, ensuring that customers are fully informed on their vehicle’s features and paperwork.
- Provide exceptional customer service, both in person and over the phone, answering inquiries and providing accurate price quotes.
