Seeking experienced HR & Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team!
HB Recruitment is seeking a full-time HR & Recruitment Consultant to join our fun and expanding team!!

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 5:00, Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm
Location: Toowoomba City, with parking available! 
Salary: Negotiable for the right candidate + Super + Commission

As an HR Consultant & Recruitment Officer, you will play a key role in managing the recruitment process for a diverse range of clients. You will use your expertise to advise on HR matters and provide top-quality recruitment services.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and managing client relationships
  • Providing HR consulting services to external clients, including employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships to understand their needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
  • Building and maintaining a candidate database, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent
  • Offering advice on HR best practices and helping clients navigate any HR-related challenges
  • Networking and business development to grow the client base and placement opportunities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR and recruitment
  • A degree qualification in HR, business, or a related field
  • Strong experience in 360 recruitment processes and HR consulting
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • A proactive, professional, and approachable manner
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
