Warehouse Operator Wanted- Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm!
Our client, a well-established family-owned business with nearly two decades of success in Toowoomba, is seeking a full-time Warehouse Operator to join their growing team. Specialising in workplace safety products, they have become one of Australia’s largest independent distributors in the industry!
Location: Toowoomba.
Position: Full-time, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM), Half Saturday every 5-6 weeks.
Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 + Super (depending on experience).
The Warehouse Operator will play an essential role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the warehouse by contributing to the delivery of high-quality service. This includes assisting with stock control, dispatch services, and supporting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound goods into the store
- Tag and price stock on arrival, display as needed
- Process orders, including invoicing
- Pick and pack items accurately
- Load and unload stock
- Perform stock control and cycle counting
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse and retail area
- Replenish stock in the retail space
- Liaise with carriers to ensure prompt dispatch of customer orders
- Maintain accurate stock locations
- Assist with delivery and collection of goods when required
- Dispatch orders via post and other methods
- Handle telephone inquiries and assist customers as needed
- Provide support to the sales team
- Proactively assist colleagues and seek additional tasks
- Complete any other duties as requested by your manager

- Valid driver’s license (for occasional deliveries)
