Our client, a well-established and highly regarded Real Estate firm based in Toowoomba, is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Leasing Manager to join their dynamic team. This full-time position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional and supportive environment with an attractive salary package based on experience.
Salary – $65,000 – $70,000 + Super (Depending on Experience)
Location: Toowoomba CBD
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Process rental applications and handle tenant enquiries
- Conduct property inspections and follow up on prospective tenants
- Manage tenant applications and ensure timely approvals
- Negotiate lease terms with tenants and property owners
- Prepare and manage lease agreements
- Ensure timely payment collection and follow up on outstanding payments
- Finalise tenancies and handle related administrative tasks
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Previous experience in property management or leasing is highly preferred
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- A professional and friendly approach
- REIQ Licence
