Service Advisor – Toowoomba | $65,000-$70,000 + Rotating Saturday Roster + Incentives of $4,000 to $8,000.
Are you passionate about customer service and the agricultural trucking industry? We’re hiring three full-time Service Advisors to join a respected, family-owned business in Toowoomba, operating across Queensland and northern New South Wales.

- Salary: $65,000–$70,000 per year + Incentives of $4,000 to $8,000.
- Full-time, Monday to Friday (with a rotating Saturday roster)

About the Role: As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the friendly face and efficient mind behind the service counter. You’ll coordinate incoming bookings across multiple branches, manage warranty claims, assist with sales deliveries, and support the daily operations of the Service Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high satisfaction
- Open and invoice repair orders accurately and on time
- Use the service diary to plan and manage upcoming bookings
- Assist with the cleanliness and paperwork for loan vehicles
- Perform general admin and data entry tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- A motivated, proactive attitude with a focus on customer care
