Are you a motivated and results-driven sales professional ready to make your mark in commercial real estate? Our client—a long-standing, family-owned agency with strong local ties and a reputation for excellence is seeking a Commercial Sales Agent who excels at building relationships, delivering outcomes, and growing within a supportive, values-led team.
This is a fast-paced, client-focused role where your performance drives outcomes for both clients and the business. You will work closely with the Principal and the team to deliver top-tier service and results in leasing and selling commercial properties including industrial, retail, office, and business sites.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and follow a targeted sales script to drive conversations and outcomes
- Attend weekly Monday lead/listing meetings
- Conduct a quarterly count of vacant commercial properties and present findings
- Meet quarterly with the Principal to review progress and goals
- Maintain excellent diary and calendar management to enhance time use, communication, and teamwork
- Keep your workspace and vehicle neat, professional, and client-ready at all times
- Attend monthly networking events
About You:
- Previous experience in real estate or sales (commercial preferred but not essential)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organised
- A self-starter who thrives in a structured, accountable environment
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
