We are currently seeking Factory Operators to join a small fertiliser manufacturing company in Dalby. This is a hands-on role perfect for individuals who are reliable, physically fit, and safety-focused.
Whether you’re experienced on the factory floor or ready to take the next step into a team leadership role, this is a fantastic opportunity to work with a supportive team on a well-established site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mixing ingredients per production specifications
- Weighing, packing, and handling products
- Performing general factory duties and manual handling
- Working in a repetitive, process-driven environment
- Supporting the production team and maintaining a clean workspace
- Leading Hand role includes overseeing daily floor operations and coordinating with team members
About You:
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Forklift ticket (desirable but not essential)
- Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or production preferred
- Able to start immediately
