Are you a motivated and results-driven sales professional ready to take on an exciting new challenge in Toowoomba?
Our client, a fast-growing, family-owned promotional products company is seeking a dynamic Business Development & Sales Executive to join their expanding team.
Known as the one-stop shop for premium promotional items, automotive merchandise, corporate gifts, and branded giveaways, this business prides itself on offering one of the most responsive and reliable services in the industry.
This is a key role in their long-term growth strategy, perfect for a confident and strategic thinker who can independently manage a sales pipeline, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. You’ll be based out of their newly appointed Toowoomba office, with occasional interstate travel as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities across target markets
- Manage inbound leads and follow-ups through HubSpot CRM
- Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate new leads
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and quotations to clients
- Track pipeline activity, conversion rates, and sales performance
- Operate independently while working collaboratively with the broader team
- Maintain a professional, client-ready phone manner and follow through on all communication
About You:
- Proven experience in business development or B2B sales
- Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, polished, and able to confidently engage with clients at all levels
- Highly organised with strong time management and CRM proficiency (HubSpot desirable)
- Self-motivated and comfortable working both autonomously and within a team
- Great phone manner with a polite, service-oriented approach
- Willing and able to travel occasionally for business needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
