Our client, a highly respected and award-winning real estate agency based in Toowoomba, is currently seeking a skilled and creative Sales Administrator – Marketing to join their dynamic team. Location: Toowoomba, QLD
Employment Type: Full-Time (Part-Time considered for the right applicant)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:24 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with sales directors, agents, and property managers to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies
- Create, edit, and promote compelling content across print and digital platforms to support property campaigns, build brand awareness, and generate leads
- Manage social media accounts and enhance digital presence, including SEO, content planning, and targeted advertising
- Oversee the creation of brochures, promotional materials, and property marketing collateral
- Coordinate internal communications, email campaigns, and marketing initiatives across the agency
- Manage and guide the marketing assistant to ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met
What You’ll Bring:
- A flair for both visual and written communication with strong attention to detail
- Proven experience in content creation across multiple platforms (social media, email, print, digital)
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional presentation
- Proficiency in Canva, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel, Publisher)
- Ideally, experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a bonus
- Knowledge of email marketing tools, database systems, and web analytics
- A positive, proactive mindset with a passion for supporting a high-performing team
Experience Required:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar marketing or administration role, preferably within real estate or a related industry
