Work From Home/Remote Opportunity | Experienced Conveyancing Solicitor/Conveyancer
Our client, a leading Queensland-based firm specialising in residential e-conveyancing, is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their professional team.
In this role, you’ll help drive seamless property transactions by delivering expert legal support in residential conveyancing.
Location: Work from home
Hours: Full-Time Hours – Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm
Hourly rate: Negotiable depending on experience
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide expert legal advice on residential property transactions
- Guide clients through the legal aspects of buying and selling property
- Explain legal rights, obligations, and potential risks
- Examine property titles, restrictions, and planning permissions
- Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents
- Ensure all legal documents are compliant and accurate
- Liaise with clients, other solicitors, real estate agents, and lenders
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have proven experience in conveyancing and property law
- Demonstrate excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload
- Attention to detail and a proactive, client-focused attitude
